Questions
How much will it cost?
Our costs depend on the required examination services and may or may not be covered by the registration fees the examination board charges. The test service fee must be paid before the scheduled exam day for an individual, professional, academic or on-demand exam.
The service charge will vary based on the number of candidates, arrangement of examination materials, test administration and supervision, requirement of computers, duration of the examination, special requirements and courier charges if applicable. Please contact us via email (contact@examhub.co.nz) to discuss the service charges.
Tell me more about your refund policy.
If you are doing an individual, professional, academic or on-demand exam, the following refund rules will apply regardless of whether the exam board or the candidate is responsible for the fee:
When the cancellation or withdrawal is made more than sixty working days before the exam, the test service fee will be refunded in full ‘only with’ evidence of medical, compassionate or compelling reasons and evidence of reasons why the candidate is not fit to take the exam will be required for a refund and is ‘subject to approval’ by Exams Manager at ExamHub and/or is at the discretion of the exam board.
The processing period can take up to six months. There is no refund if cancellation or withdrawal is made less than sixty days before the exam.
